While deep on thoughts

Respected PM, I know social media makes communication and reaching out to you easier but at the same time there are lot of people and important issues to listen to. Still I am writing with a hope that it would reach you one day. I for a fact know that you and your government have no tolerance policy in case of rape. These days there has been a lot of disappointment in the country. The recent events have shook the country and people are acting out. As usual blaming the government, for not acting/answering, not realising that this is a legal issue and there are laws that needs to be changed/amended. As a citizen of this country who is shattered by the recent events. I would just request this government to play their part in passing a bill to amend the IPC(Indian penal code) in such cases, because the punishment for such Henious crime should be stringent. Once I was so little, I cherished little things in life; running on a empty road, in the night, Jumping on dry leaves, only to hear it's crunching noise, To hear myself echo, I yelled at the top of my voice, I loved to see the stars and moon, that shined oh so bright!
